Return Policy

Thank you for shopping NanoPlanet CBD! At NanoPlanet we strive to bring the absolute very best CBD and CBD products to market and will continue to keep a watchful eye on the industry as we all advance towards bringing product safety, compliance and standards to a premium. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All eligible items must be in new, unused condition and the seal and product labels must be intact.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, please:

  1. Obtain authorization by emailing customer service at returns@nanoplanetcbd.com to describe the problem with your item(s) and/or send photos if requested.
  2. Please be sure to include your Full Name, Email (used to create your account), & Order number when requesting a return authorization.
  3. Confirm your purchased product is within the thirty (30) day return policy period
  4. Double check the item you are returning is eligible for return by checking the labels and product seal(s) are intact
  5. Package your return appropriately to insure a safe postal journey

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Because of the nature of this business it is without exception the following items cannot be returned:

  • We cannot accept products that have been opened
  • We cannot accept products that have a broken seal
  • Sorry, Bathbombs and Massage Oil(s) are NOT eligible for returns
  • We cannot accept products if labels have been removed or badly damaged. (Some exceptions apply and we may request photos to make a better educated decision.)
