Recommended Use: Shake well before use. Take 1-2 servings daily as desired. Follow the table below to determine how to properly dose. Each dropper equals 1 ml when filled to top measurement line.
Adults: Start at 20-25mg per day and adjust your dosage from there. If you don’t have results in a few days and/or better sleep is a benefit your are looking for try 1 dose in the morning and one approximately 1hr before bed. Also, for best possible absorption rates take 30min after meals.
