An extremely “Low Cost” CBD4CANCER Patients program with No Minimums. If you are currently in treatment and considering CBD as part of your overall treatment plan, this program exists for you.

How to Qualify

Most insurance companies require pre-certification prior to coming to accept new patient treatments. Pre-certification involves pre-approval from your insurance plan for specific services. If you have passed this vetting process with your insurance you are eligible for our plan as well.

Required Documents

  • Copy of Legal, Current Photo ID
  • Proof of diagnosis (letter from Dr., medical bill, etc…)

*Note: We don’t keep these documents on file. Required documents are ALWAYS permanently deleted after confirmation and enrollment.
